Diana understands the importance of creating a culture of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.
Diana has over 25 years of Human Resources experience, with emphasis on HR compliance and policy development, employee relations, benefits, recruitment, hiring and onboarding, temporary staffing, training and development, leadership coaching, mentoring, and implementation of HRIS platforms.
She is well versed in working with diverse cultures and teams, within all organizational levels. Diana serves as an HR business partner for clients by identifying human resources issues and contributing analysis, strategies, and recommendations to assist companies in reaching their organizational goals and objectives. She most recently served as Director of Human Resources for a global distribution company as well as holding HR leadership positions for national firms in previous years.
Diana holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University where she also served as captain of the women's varsity tennis team. Diana served as a board member for the SOCT chapter of SHRM from 2017 - 2020.
She resides in Connecticut with her large extended family and two dogs. In her free time, Diana enjoys playing tennis, running, and walking with friends and family.
