This course is designed specifically to address the non-supervisory training requirements under Maine law and includes coverage of federal anti-discrimination and anti-harassment law as well. In addition to providing an overview of the types of behaviors that can give rise to discrimination and harassment, this course will discuss the benefits of, and strategies for, promoting a respectful work environment.
